前陣子討論度很高的細胞簡訊 你知道是哪個政府單位所提供的技術服務嗎？ ． ． ． 答案揭曉 就是大家常聽到的 NCC－國家通訊傳播委員會 　　 身為通訊傳播事業的業管單位 對於推動「2030 雙語國家政策」也是不遺餘力 一起來看他們做了什麼改變： 　　 1.持續提升網站及法規雙語化 重要活動花絮或新聞稿提供英文版，增加法律或法規命令的英譯版本 　　 2.訴願服務網站雙語化 提供中英文網頁「訴願服務」，民眾查詢更 easy 　　 3.業管文宣以雙語化形式發布 在網站上提供災防告警服務(PWS)之細胞廣播服務(CBS)之英文簡介，並建置英語版資通安全宣導網頁 　　 4.鼓勵廣播電視事業製播英語節目 鼓勵衛星電視頻道提升國際新聞質量，將「國際新聞製播規畫」列入申設加分獎勵項目 　　 雙語編碎碎念 有 NCC 的共同推動，讓臺灣朝向雙語國家更邁進一大步，持續努力提升臺灣的國際聲量 　　 Do you know what government agency is responsible for Cell Broadcast services? That would be the National Communications Commission! 　　 As the top communications and media agency, it is obviously working hard on the Bilingual Nation 2030 policy! Let’s see what changes they’re making: 　　 1.Making Websites and Laws Bilingual This includes providing English versions of event highlights or important news releases, and English versions of laws and regulations. 　　 2.Making Appeals Services Websites Bilingual The NCC provides Chinese and English websites for appeals services, making it easier for the public to make inquiries. 　　 3.Bilingual Industry Announcements The NCC provides English information about its Cell Broadcasting Service for its Public Warning System on its website, and it has created an English version of its information security promotion web page. 　　 4.Encouraging Broadcasts of English Programming The NCC is encouraging satellite television channels to improve the quality of their international news coverage, and it will include “International News Production and Broadcasting Plan” among application items for extra incentives. 　　 The NCC’s efforts are a big step forward for Taiwan’s Bilingual Nation 2030 policy, and it will keep working hard to raise Taiwan’s international visibility.
