The NDC Bilingual Learning Resource Website (“Website”) is a platform for providing English learning resources for Central and Local governmental authorities, and other entities. The National Development Council (NDC), the operator of Website, makes no warranties about the accuracy, timeliness, suitability and reliability of the information or materials ("Content"), and only has the purpose of presenting the information or hyperlink, contained on or obtained through Website, or any information or data from Website for any purposes. The NDC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Furthermore, any hyperlinks for connecting to other entities (“The Third Parties) provided in Website are for the purpose of reference only. The Third Parties are liable for the content of their own websites. The NDC has no duty to verify or endorse the content of The Third Parties’ website service. Any users of the website's service mentioned above shall bear his or her own risk.
