本集中，Leo豪哥的「快樂漁夫號」執照終於獲准了。啟程的第一站是臺南的將軍漁港。透過當地漁民的熱心協助，他成功在港內停泊船隻。Leo也介紹將軍漁港曾是一級漁港以及演變漁港的歷史。而Leo第一站選擇台南的原因就是因為台南的特色小吃以及美食。

In this episode, Leo's license for his boat, the Happy Fisherman, is finally approved. The first stop is Jiangjun Fishing Harbor in Tainan, where he successfully moors his boat with the help of local fishermen. Leo also introduces the history of Jiangjun Fishing Harbor, once a Grade 1 fishing harbor, and its evolution. He chose Tainan as his first stop because of its specialty snacks and food.
