He had a great time as he watched the sunrise, soaked in the hot springs, and boiled eggs using volcanic spring water. Afterward, he visited one of the first Han families to settle on Green Island: the Tian family. Leo learned about the history of Green Island’s fishing culture from the Tian family and witnessed a traditional bonito grilling technique that is on the verge of extinction.
