【重點特色】

為響應「聯合國為永續發展之海洋科學十年」，並鼓勵青年學子投入守護海洋行列，關心海洋議題，運用海洋科學突破海洋危機與困境，同時促進國際交流與互動，特與美國在台協會高雄分處（AIT/K）合作辦理「2023台灣海洋國際青年論壇」，以深耕國家雙語政策、海洋國際教育，促進海洋科學研究發展。

• 本次論壇特別邀請到美國國家海洋暨大氣總署（National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration，NOAA）物理科學家Dmitry Dukhovskoy博士來討論 "海洋建模和預測：模型能預測未來嗎？"

• 青少年組、青年組、社青組及國際組決選隊伍之成果發表都將以英文發表及答詢，主題精采多元。

【 Features 】

In response to the “United Nations Decade of Marine Science for Sustainable Development" and to encourage young students to engage in ocean conservation, raise awareness about marine issues, utilize marine science to address ocean crises and challenges, and promote international exchange and interaction, the "2023 Ocean Challenge" collaborates with the American Institute in Taiwan, Kaohsiung Branch Office (AIT/K). This forum aims to deepen the implementation of the national bilingual policy and international marine education, fostering the advancement of marine scientific research and development.

• Dr. Dmitry Dukhovskoy, a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) physical scientist, is invited to the forum to discuss "Ocean Modeling and Prediction: Can Models Predict the Future?"

• The finalists in the Teen Category, Youth Category, Professional Category, and International Category will present and answer in English, featuring diverse and interesting topics.
