屏東縣政府於2001年辦理第一次屏東黑鮪魚文化觀光季，便獲得各界的鼓勵與注目。為讓黑鮪魚文化觀光季更加國際化，今年特別融入雙語元素，並規劃5條主題遊程以及培訓外語解說人才，以吸引更多國內外遊客前來，創造觀光產值，轉型成為國際級的觀光活動。

Ever since the Pingtung County Government organized the first Pingtung Bluefin Tuna Cultural Festival in 2001, it has been highly appreciated and garnered significant attention. This year, to enhance the festival's global appeal, select elements have been made bilingual. The festival has introduced five featured tours and trained foreign language guides to attract more domestic and international tourists. This helps create tourism value and transform the festival into a global tourism activity.
