Why? Host: To reinvigorate the country’s Covid-hit tourism industry, and to help those who cannot or do not want to vacation abroad

Host: Originally set to start in September, subsidies will now be made available from July 15th to December 15th.

Host: This offer is only available to Taiwanese citizens, travelers must register with their national identification card to apply Voice: Where?

Host: Applicable in hotels all over Taiwan, with some offering higher subsidy packages than others as further incentives
