Later this year, a free bilingual hotline for national and local taxes will be available at 0800-000-321. 　　 2.Bilingual Forms and Certificates for Foreigners Bilingual application forms and certificates relating to foreigners are now available, making life for them easier. 　　 3.Bilingual Laws Related to Foreigners 95% of all laws related to foreigners will be available bilingually by the end of the year, so foreigners can look up information without a translator.
